Imperatives include: Beauty and Spirit; and Inspiration and Education.

Design approach includes:

• Georgia Tech is leading an art program for installment in the building that was finalized upon building completion. Interpretive signage was installed throughout the building to help explain design features.
• Educational website and platform in progress at livingbuilding.gatech.edu. Tours offered during construction and after building is open. Building to serve as a case study and inspiration for future projects.
