Energy is the third curriculum pertaining to The Kendeda Building. Karla Lomax has been selected through the Georgia Intern Fellowships for Teachers (GIFT) Program for Summer 2022.

The lessons created by the GIFT Fellow will align to Georgia eight grade science standards focusing on energy. The lessons will be designed for a middle school exploration of the Living Building Challenge's Water Petal and also include adaptations for high school/elementary school teachers/students. The GIFT Fellow will also attend tours of the building and adapt current tours for visits from K-12 students.
